By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I take full responsibility for my own health and safety while using any Contrast amenities, including saunas, cold plunges, showers, and changing areas.

• I understand that using these facilities carries certain risks. If I have any medical concerns, I will consult a healthcare professional before taking part.

• I accept that participation may involve physical risks, including injury, illness, property loss, or, in rare cases, death, and I choose to take part at my own discretion.

• To the best of my knowledge, I do not have any medical conditions that could make participation unsafe, including:

  • Heart or circulation problems, high or low blood pressure, or recent surgery

  • Epilepsy, asthma, or any condition affecting heat or cold tolerance

  • Cold sensitivity (e.g. Raynaud’s disease)

  • Pregnancy, unless approved by a doctor

• I will not take part in any session if I am under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• I understand that after cold water immersion, I should let my body reheat naturally. Re-entering the sauna immediately is discouraged, and if I do so, I accept the associated risks.

• Only water is permitted as a drink that can be brought into the premises.

• Any items I bring are my responsibility. Contrast is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

• I will follow all staff guidance, and I understand that they may deny entry or end a session if necessary for safety or other valid reasons.

• I will inform staff of any concerns or issues during my visit.

• I accept full responsibility for my actions, including any risks arising from not following House Rules or staff instructions.

• I confirm that I am over 18 and legally capable of agreeing to this waiver.

By signing below, I agree to follow all House Rules and acknowledge that I’ve read, understood, and accepted this waiver willingly. I understand I may seek legal advice if I have any doubts.
